Andrzej Włodarczyk vel Andre Wlodar

Columbia University graduate of Political Science, Andre is an entrepreneur and businessman who credits his personal and business goals to natural intuition. He is passionate about people, charismatic and self-motivated, a living example of Estee Lauder's motto: "I never dreamed about success - I worked for it."

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing of CellMark, a $3,5 bln Swedish multinational with 30 years of experience in international business with an emphasis on developing markets such as Latin America, South Africa and Eastern Europe on his shoulders, Andre has acted extremely fast in response to the Ukrainian crisis. He fundraised for Ukraine in less than five months, over $400k and sent the first money to Lviv on February 27, just three days after the war started.

Andre says:

"As a first-generation immigrant coming to the USA in 1986, I had no choice but to work and study hard to make a better life for myself. I give enormous credit to my high school teachers who ended up in the internment camps after Martial Law was introduced on December 13, 1981 – they were courageous enough to speak out and give us a correct version of our history and literature! The values of those brave educators have stayed with me throughout my life. Nothing is more beautiful than facilitating the education of those in need. It is my great privilege to work with Wayair Foundation and its team to help fundraise and expand our reach beyond Tanzania, Ukraine and Poland."

Andre is multilingual and fluent in 6 languages. A wine and art collector, home chef and an avid traveller who shares his life with his lovely wife Kim and – being an animal lover – two adorable French bulldogs.
